  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped

Instructions

  1. Finely grate the onion and mix with the remaining ingredients.
  2. Turn the steaks in the marinade and work with the steaker, or perforate them with a fork or a sharp knife.
  3. Place in a closed bowl or saucepan with a lid in the refrigerator overnight and put on the grill the next evening.
