Instructions

  1. Put the banana in the skin on the grill (it works best when the grill is not that hot anymore) and grill it black on both sides, the flesh must then be hot and almost mushy. Then cut the banana open with a sharp knife, remove it from the skin and immediately pour eggnog over it and add some whipped cream. This has to happen quickly because the pulp cools down very quickly.
  2. You can refine this recipe with a little vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, almond slivers, etc., depending on your taste (and calorie preference :-)). For children, it is advisable to only use chocolate sauce instead of eggnog.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
