  • 1 teaspoon, heaped salt

Instructions

  1. Clean and dry the half chicken.
  2. Mix the olive oil with a little salt and then mix in the herbs of Provence. Spread the marinade generously over the chicken.
  3. Grill on the gas grill for about 1 hour and 30 minutes until everything is browned and crispy.
