Instructions

  1. The meat should be about 7 cm wide and 20-25 cm long. Pat dry, season with pepper and grill spices, spread the rosemary sprigs all over and wrap everything tightly with bacon.
  2. Place on the grill and grill for 3-5 minutes on each side, depending on the fire.
