Ingredients

  • 150 g sheep`s cheese, Greek, alternatively feta made from cow`s milk
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 slices tomato (s)
  • 2 olives, pitted
  • Onion (s), cut into rings
  • Oregano and thyme
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic and onion powder
  • Chilli pepper (s) and Turkish paprika
  • basil

Instructions

  1. Place the feta on aluminum foil and drizzle with a little olive oil. Now sprinkle with the spices. Then place tomatoes, onion rings, sliced olives on the feta and seal the aluminum foil with a small space of air if possible. Bake on the wood / charcoal grill for a maximum of 10 minutes.
