Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed or pork
  • 1 point feta cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • Sea salt, pepper from the mill
  • 2 tablespoon herbs (rosemary, thyme, basil, chives, alternatively herbs from Provence), chopped

Instructions

  1. Drain the feta cheese and cut into small cubes. Squeeze the garlic cloves. Mix everything with the minced meat, add herbs, season with pepper and salt. Mix well and form flat meatballs. Grease the grill grate a little, then nothing will bake on. It is best to let the meatballs sit for a few hours, then grill them.
  2. We eat tzatziki and ciabatta with it.
