- 1 packet feta cheese
- 12 cherry tomato (s)
- 1 garlic clove (s), sliced
- olive oil
- oregano
- thyme
- basil
- rosemary
- salt and pepper

- Divide the feta cheese into 12 small pieces. Place each piece on a sufficiently large piece of aluminum foil (ideally placed twice) with a large splash of olive oil. Place a halved cherry tomato and 1-2 garlic slices on top. Sprinkle with the herbs and spices (amount depends on taste) and twist the aluminum foil on top.
- Then place these small packages on the hot grill for about 10 minutes; The preparation also works in the oven, because leave it in a little longer.
- These are small appetizers that are always well received by our guests when the sausages or steaks etc. take a while.
