Ingredients

  • 500 g asparaus, reen
  • 150 g strawberries
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fruit sugar
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 dash balsamic vinegar
  • 3 stalks basil, the leaves

Instructions

  1. Cut off the bottom 3 cm from the asparagus and season with salt + pepper from the mill.
  2. Clean the strawberries and cut them in half. Mix the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, a little salt, fruit sugar, lemon juice and the basil leaves into a marinade and marinate the strawberries in it (in the fridge for a few hours.
  3. Cut the asparagus into approx. 3 cm pieces and place in a grill dish, top with the marinated strawberries and grill for approx. 8-10 minutes.
  4. Garnish with basil leaves for serving.
