  • 4 cheeses, (Limburger)
  • 2 onions)
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 4 hot peppers
  • some oil
  • Ground pepper
  • Spice mix, (sheep cheese spice)
  • Herbal Fix

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into rings. Finely dice the garlic. Cut tomatoes into slices.
  2. Cut aluminum foil into 4 pieces large enough to wrap the Limburger like candy.
  3. Place the Limburger on the aluminum foil, drizzle with a little oil, sprinkle onion rings and garlic around and over it. Season with pepper, sheep`s cheese spice and herb fix. Place a slice of tomato on top of the cheese, add a pepper and then wrap it as a candy.
