Ingredients

  • 100 g biscuit (s), (Amarettini)
  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 half peach (s)

Instructions

  1. Put the amarettini biscuits in a freezer bag and crush them with a rolling pin for 2-3 minutes until fine crumbs form. Quickly mix with the soft butter to create crumbles.
  2. Brush 4 pieces of aluminum foil with oil.
  3. Wash the peaches, cut them in half, and remove the stones. Place each peach half on oiled foil, skin-side down. Spread the amarettini crumbles on top and fold the foil to seal completely.
  4. Place the foil packets on a preheated grill set to medium-high heat (180-200°C / 350-400°F), with the crumble side facing up. Grill for 10 minutes.
  5. Open the packets carefully (steam will be hot) and arrange the peaches on serving plates.
