Ingredients

  • 100 g biscuit (s), (Amarettini)
  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 half peach (s)

Instructions

  1. Put the amarettini in a freezer bag and roll over them with a rolling pin until small crumbs are formed. Knead this quickly with the butter to make crumbles.
  2. Brush 4 pieces of aluminum foil with oil.
  3. Wash the peaches, cut them in half and remove the stone. Place the peach halves on the aluminum foil and spread the Amarettini sprinkles on top and close the foil to form small packages. Place the peach parcels on the grill with the sprinkles facing up and bake for about 10 minutes.
  4. Open the packet and arrange the fruit on plates. A scoop of vanilla ice cream tastes perfect with it!
