Ingredients

  • 1 peach (s)
  • some thyme
  • some rosemary
  • Honey, liquid
  • 1 scoop ice cream

Grilled Peaches with Thyme and Rosemary

Instructions

  1. Halve and core the peach and place the halves side by side on a piece of aluminum foil. Place a few thyme leaves and rosemary needles on top. Put some liquid honey on the peach halves. Pack the aluminum foil into a packet. Place on the grill for about 5 minutes.
  2. Put the parcel on a dessert plate and only open it at the table.
  3. Place a scoop of ice cream on the peach halves.
