Ingredients

  • 3 kg ribs (peeled ribs)
  • 150 ml olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon mustard, hot
  • 2 cloves garlic (pressed)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Herbs Provence
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the ribs between the bones into palm-sized pieces and trim away excess fat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, hot mustard, pressed garlic, sugar, Herbs Provence, black pepper, and salt to make the marinade.
  3. Place the ribs in a large container, pour the marinade over them, toss to coat evenly, cover, and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
  4. Remove the ribs from the refrigerator and drain the marinade.
  5. Heat your grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 10 to 15 minutes, turning every 2 to 3 minutes, until crispy and cooked through (internal temperature 63°C / 145°F).
