  • 150 g sheep cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 2 tomato (s), dried, pickled
  • 20 hot peppers
  • pepper
  • chili
  • paprika powder
  • some Milk

Instructions

  1. Mash the sheep cheese with a fork. Then mix all ingredients together except for the peppers. Add milk according to the desired consistency and season the sauce to taste.
  2. Meanwhile, grill the peppers either in a grill pan or, preferably, directly on the grill. Pour the sauce over it after grilling.
