Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple, fresh
  • 4 tablespoon rum, brown
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ clove powder
  • 4 tablespoon honey, liquid

Instructions

  1. Cut off the tip and the end of the pineapple. Eighth the remaining pineapple in so-called boats and cut out the stalk (the skin stays on).
  2. In the meantime, mix the rum and spices and brush the pineapple boats with a brush. It is best to cook the pineapple in a kettle grill over indirect heat for about 15 minutes and brush with the liquid several times.
