Ingredients

  • 20 shrimp (s) with shell
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon lime jam
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 chilli pepper (s)

Instructions

  1. Slightly cut into the shrimp on the back and remove the intestines.
  2. Stick 5 prawns on a skewer and place in a bowl. Chop the garlic and mix with the oil, jam, honey and a little salt and pepper. Pour the marinade over the prawns and turn the prawns several times. Cut the chilli pepper into small rings and sprinkle over them. Let it steep in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and turn every now and then.
  3. Place on the hot grill until they are just pink and enjoy.
  4. You can marinate the prawns in the morning and grill them in the evening.
