  • 150 g bacon sliced
  • 100 g Gouda in slices, other sliced cheese can also be used
  • 150 g BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. You need 12 refractory skewers for grilling.
  2. Cut the cheese slices into three long strips and the bacon slices into two long strips.
  3. Wrap a strip of Gouda around the waist of the Maultasche, as well as a strip of bacon. Make sure that the whole construct is tightly closed.
