  • 2 packs feta cheese
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 3 shallot (s)
  • Sea salt and pepper, black
  • 8 dashes soy sauce (Kejab Asin)
  • 1 handful Gouda, grated

Instructions

  1. Rinse and core the tomatoes, wash the zucchini and cut into 4 - 5 equal pieces before core. Leave about 1 cm of soil to stand when pitting. Rinse, halve and core the peppers. Please leave the handle on.
