Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini, fresh
  • Cheese, soft cheese, Taleggio or similar
  • 1 handful basil
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini diagonally into oblong slices. Roast in a grill pan and place in layers in a gratin dish, salt and pepper each slice, drizzle with a few drops of lemon juice and place a basil leaf on top of each and then a small piece of cheese, without the mold rind.
  2. Gratinate in the oven at 150 °, the cheese must not brown, but should only melt until soft.
  3. Drizzle with a little olive oil before serving.
