Ground Beef

This ground beef recipe is a godsend! From it, cutlets are also juicy and tasty, and all kinds of rolls, where you can use a lot of tasty things as a filling!

Ingredients

  • Beef – 1 Kilogram
  • Onion – 2 Pieces
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Baton – 2 Slices (soak in water or milk)
  • Sour cream – 2 Art. spoons (can be replaced with water, milk or mayonnaise.)
  • Spices – To taste

Directions

  1. So, we first pass our meat through a meat grinder – beef. Chop the onion in a blender, soak the loaf in milk.
  2. And now, when you have prepared all the ingredients, mix them in one large saucepan or bowl. Minced meat is ready!
  3. Now you can cook casserole, roll or cutlets, and be sure that the meat will be juicy, but not fall apart during the cooking process!
