Ground Beef Schnitzel

Schnitzel cooked according to this recipe – from ground meat – turns out to be tender and juicy.

- We prepare products for beef schnitzel.
- Grind 500 grams of beef through a meat grinder. Cut 100 grams of lamb or pork or goose fat into very small pieces.
- Add one teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of black pepper and 50 milliliters of cold water to the minced meat. Mix well until smooth.
- Form a variety of schnitzels approximately 8 millimeters thick.
- In a frying pan with a thick bottom, heat 100 grams of fat for frying (we use 50 grams of vegetable oil and 50 grams of ghee).
- Gently roll the minced meat schnitzels in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides over moderate heat, about two minutes on each side.
- Put the prepared schnitzels from ground meat on a dish.
- Serve minced beef schnitzels with baked potatoes or mashed potatoes, with fresh vegetables and pickles.
