Ground Beef Schnitzel

Schnitzel cooked according to this recipe – from ground meat – turns out to be tender and juicy.

Ingredients

  • Beef (pulp) – 500 g
  • Raw fat – 100 g
  • Water – 50 ml
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Fat (for roasting) – 100 g

Directions

  1. We prepare products for beef schnitzel.
  2. Grind 500 grams of beef through a meat grinder. Cut 100 grams of lamb or pork or goose fat into very small pieces.
  3. Add one teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of black pepper and 50 milliliters of cold water to the minced meat. Mix well until smooth.
  4. Form a variety of schnitzels approximately 8 millimeters thick.
  5. In a frying pan with a thick bottom, heat 100 grams of fat for frying (we use 50 grams of vegetable oil and 50 grams of ghee).
  6. Gently roll the minced meat schnitzels in breadcrumbs and fry on both sides over moderate heat, about two minutes on each side.
  7. Put the prepared schnitzels from ground meat on a dish.
  8. Serve minced beef schnitzels with baked potatoes or mashed potatoes, with fresh vegetables and pickles. Bon appetit!
