Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 130 g suar
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 130 g mararine
  • 7 tablespoon apricot jam
  • 100 g suar
  • 250 g butter
  • 2 points vanilla sugar
  • 4 tablespoon water
  • 200 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 200 g almond (s), chopped

Instructions

  1. Make a kneading dough from flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and margarine and roll this onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. Brush the dough with apricot jam.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add sugar, vanilla sugar and water and bring to the boil briefly. Stir in the nuts.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on the dough. Bake at 180 ° C top / bottom heat in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  5. Cut the cooled pastry into squares and then diagonally into triangles. If you like, you can dip the corners in liquid chocolate or couverture.
