Ingredients

  • 150 g butter, soft
  • 80 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • a bit salt
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 150 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 150 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 200 g date (s)
  • 200 g cake icin, cocoa

Instructions

  1. Put the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and egg yolks in a bowl. Mix everything with the whisk of the hand mixer until foamy.
  2. Sieve the flour and baking powder on top. Add the hazelnuts and 3 tablespoons of water.
  3. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper.
  4. Cut the dates lengthways, core them, cut across into fine strips and stir into the dough. Spread the dough about 1-1.5 cm thick on the baking sheet and smooth it out with a knife.
  5. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15 minutes, then let it cool down, cut the pastry sheet into triangles and remove them from the baking sheet.
  6. Chop the glaze into small pieces. Melt in a potty in a hot water bath while stirring. Dip the 3 tips of the date corners one after the other in the glaze and leave to dry for 30 minutes.
