Ingredients

  • 1 kg pork (gyros)
  • 1 vegetable onion (s)
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • 200 g cheese (e.. Gouda), medieval, rated
  • Spice mix for gyros
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Fry the gyros in portions in a hot pan and then place in a baking dish. Peel or clean and dice the onions and peppers. Then also fry and place on the meat.
