  • Cayenne pepper
  • Chili powder
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Clean, brush and halve the potatoes. Mix together the olive oil, spices and herbs. Brush the potatoes with this mixture or put everything in a bowl or pour the oil mixture over it and mix well with the potatoes. Let everything stand for 30 minutes. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet.
  2. Cook in the preheated oven at 180 ° C - 200 ° C for about 45 minutes.
  3. Tzatziki tastes very good with it.
