Ingredients
- 8 tablespoon sour cream
- 2 egg (s)
- 7 tablespoon flour
- 200 ml water
- 200 g fillet (s) lamb
- Spice mix for gyros
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 2 tomato (s)
- Clarified butter

- Mix 4 tablespoons of sour cream, 2 eggs and the flour with the water and leave to soak for about 10 minutes.
- Cut the meat into strips and season with the salt and gyros spice. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat in it for about 5 minutes.
- Dice the cucumber and the tomatoes as well.
- Heat the clarified butter in a pan and bake four wraps from the batter.
- Brush the wraps with the sour cream and top with the meat, cucumber and tomatoes. Then roll up the wraps and you`re done.
