Ingredients
- 2 cup water
- 1 cup brown rice, medium grain
- 300 g minced beef
- 1 onion (s)
- 250 g quark, 0.5%
- salt
- 5 grains pepper, ground in a mortar
- 1 pinch (s) cane sugar
- 5 cm ginger
- 130 g bell pepper (s)
- 2 cl balsamic vinegar
- 2 cl soy sauce (Tamari)
- Butter, for 3 refractory one liter bowls
- 3 kiwi (s)
- 3 teaspoons cranberries (from the glass)

- Put the brown rice in the boiling water, bring to the boil, reduce the heat + cook for approx. 35 min + allow to swell for approx. 10 min.
- Mix the minced beef with the chopped onion + diced paprika and the chopped ginger + quark, season well with salt + pepper + tamari + vinegar.
- Mix in the finished rice + pour into three buttered, one-liter refractory bowls, smooth out.
- Peel the kiwi + cut into slices + spread on the dough, put a teaspoon of cranberry compote in the center of each form.
- Sprinkle the paprika granules on the casserole.
- Put the lid on and bake in the cold oven at 170 ° C for about 40-50 minutes.
