  • 400 g minced meat, (unseasoned)
  • 1 bag ready mix for onion soup
  • 1 point vegetables, (frozen butter vegetables)
  • 2 point hollandaise sauce

Instructions

  1. Put the minced meat in a baking dish and loosely cover the base approx. 3 cm thick, preferably pricking holes with a fork. Sprinkle the onion soup over it and spread the vegetables on top. Depending on your preference, about 8-10 cm thick layer. Pour the hollandaise sauce over it until everything is well covered.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven at 170 ° for approx. 30 (+/- 5) minutes. In a casserole dish made of glass, you can easily see when the minced meat is done.
