Ingredients

  • 1 packet cheese (halloumi), cut into strips
  • 2 onions)
  • Spice mix (gyros spice)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Cut the onions into thin rings. Fry the halloumi strips well on all sides. Only when the halloumi is lightly browned add the onions. Season with a lot of gyro seasoning and the garlic and continue to fry. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Tzatziki, coleslaw, and French fries go well with this.
