Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla flavor
  • 3 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 100 g chocolate (chocolate lentils, whole milk and dark chocolate)
  • 200 g butter, liquid
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 100 ml milk
  • Sweets (Halloween rubber animals to decorate)
  • Couverture to `stick`

Instructions

  1. Mix the first five ingredients in a mixing bowl. Then add the liquid ingredients and stir everything for about 2 minutes. Then stir in the chocolate lentils.
  2. Fill the dough into muffin tins (I put paper liners in there beforehand) and put it in the oven.
  3. Hot air: 160 degrees approx. 23 minutes
  4. Upper and lower heat: 180 degrees approx. 25 minutes
  5. Let the muffins cool down after baking.
  6. Melt some couverture and use a few dots of it to lightly press the gummy animals onto the muffins. The Halloween chocolate muffins are ready.
