Ingredients
- 200 g chocolate, white, chopped
- ml 1,000 milk (whole milk)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ vanilla extract
- Food coloring, orange
- Cream, for garnish
- Chocolate flakes for garnish

- Chop the chocolate and bring the milk to the boil in a saucepan, stirring occasionally. Once the milk has boiled, turn the stove down a little. Add the chocolate while stirring. Now let it simmer a little, also stir, until it has completely dissolved. Remove from heat and add a drop of food coloring. Or just as much as you want the orange color to be strong.
- If this is mixed in, you can sweeten the chocolate as you like.
- Then you fill them into glasses or mugs and whip some cream until stiff. You can also sweeten these as you like. Put a blob of this on each glass and sprinkle them with a little chocolate flakes.
