Ham and Arugula Sandwich

A simple ham and greens sandwich for every day.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mix oil with mustard. Mash with a fork.
- Fold together 2 slices of bread. Trim the edges.
- Cut the ham slices into thin strips.
- Spread both slices of prepared bread well with a mixture of butter and mustard.
- Put chopped ham on one slice of bread.
- Put arugula on top.
- Spice up.
- Cover with a second slice of bread.
- Cover the sandwich with a towel and roll with a rolling pin. Trim the edges.
