Ham and Arugula Sandwich

A simple ham and greens sandwich for every day.

Ingredients

  • Whole grain bread – 4 pieces
  • Ham, cut into thin slices – 5 pieces
  • Mustard – 50 g
  • Butter, room temperature – 50 g
  • Arugula
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Mix oil with mustard. Mash with a fork.
  2. Fold together 2 slices of bread. Trim the edges.
  3. Cut the ham slices into thin strips.
  4. Spread both slices of prepared bread well with a mixture of butter and mustard.
  5. Put chopped ham on one slice of bread.
  6. Put arugula on top.
  7. Spice up.
  8. Cover with a second slice of bread.
  9. Cover the sandwich with a towel and roll with a rolling pin. Trim the edges.
