Ingredients

  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 bunch chives, or 4 tablespoons dried chives
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the ham into fine cubes, cut the chives into fine rolls. Add both to the cream cheese and season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
  2. This goes well with baguettes or bread chips, but also baked potatoes.
