Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ pack dry yeast
- 300 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 75 g fried onions
- 75 g ham, diced
- 180 ml water, lukewarm

- Mix the flour, 180 ml of lukewarm water, 1/2 packet of dry yeast, salt, diced ham and fried onions with the mixer (dough hook). Then knead again nicely by hand. Let rest in a warm place for at least 1 hour or more. But the longer the dough rests, the better!
- Shape the dough into rolls, then bake for 20-25 minutes at 250 ° C (fan oven). Of course, you can vary the amount of fried onions and ham cubes, depending on your taste.
