Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 400 g pasta
  • 1 onion (s), cut into thin rings
  • 200 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 small zucchini, diced
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, chop
  • 150 g ham, cut into strips
  • 300 g crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cooking pasta. Sauté the onion, mushrooms and zucchini, add the ham and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the crème fraîche, heat for another 2 minutes. Add the parmesan. Salt, pepper. Mix the vegetables with the pasta and bring to the boil briefly.
