  • 8 slices ham, raw
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • pepper
  • 8 egg (s)
  • 8 slices toast
  • 1 glass puszta salad (finished product)
  • 3 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, (medium hot)

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the ham slices with pepper and sauté briefly in butter. Pour the eggs on top and let them set. Place the whole thing on the pre-toasted bread slices. Mix the salad with the ketchup and mustard and serve separately as a garnish with the toast.
