- 8 slices ham, raw
- 2 teaspoons butter
- pepper
- 8 egg (s)
- 8 slices toast
- 1 glass puszta salad (finished product)
- 3 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard, (medium hot)

- Sprinkle the ham slices with pepper and sauté briefly in butter. Pour the eggs on top and let them set. Place the whole thing on the pre-toasted bread slices. Mix the salad with the ketchup and mustard and serve separately as a garnish with the toast.
