Ingredients

  • 2 slices toast
  • some butter or olive oil
  • 1 small tomato (s), (vine tomato)
  • 2 slices cooked ham, large
  • Gorgonzola
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Brush the toasts with butter or drizzle a little olive oil and top with the boiled ham. Cut the tomato into slices, place on the ham and, depending on the type of Gorgonzola, lightly salt and pepper. Cut the Gorgonzola into small pieces and place on the topped toasts.
  3. Baked in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
