Ingredients

  • 200 g flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 200 g mushrooms in slices
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 0.5 ½ cup water
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl. Add salt, eggs and milk and stir until a thin batter is formed. Let the dough stand briefly so that the flour can swell.
  2. Heat the fat in a pan. Bake the pancakes and keep them hot.
  3. Ham filling: steam 2 onions in margarine. Add the mushrooms and the diced ham to the onions. With 1 tablespoon. Dust the flour. 1 tablespoon Add tomato paste, 1/2 cup water and pepper and stir everything together. Let simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Fill the pancakes with it.
