  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 1 large egg (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, coarse-grained, medium hot
  • some salt and pepper
  • some cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the egg, peel, dice. Cut the spring onion into fine rings. Dice the ham into small cubes.
  2. Mix the sour cream with the mustard, mix in the egg, ham and spring onion and season everything with salt / pepper and cayenne pepper.
