Instructions

  1. Beat eggs. Finely chop the onion. Melt the clarified butter. Knead the ground beef with the eggs, onions, clarified butter, mustard, salt and pepper. Now shape even, 100 g thin patties and freeze for 3 hours. Remove and fry on both sides, then finish cooking more slowly.
