I know that many people simply adore hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and other sandwiches, but not everyone prefers to buy them in a bistro, so for adherents of home cooking, I propose to cook such a simple but delicious hamburger with ground turkey meat.
Servings: 4
Ingredients
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Onions (finely chopped) – 1 pc.
Ground black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon.
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic (finely chopped) – 2 cloves
Chili powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Minced turkey – 500 g
Brown sugar – 1 teaspoon
Tomato sauce – 1 glass
BBQ sauce – 1/2 cup
Water – 1/4 cup
Hamburger bun – 4 pcs.
Directions
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil until it sizzles. Pour the onion and salt into the pan and fry until soft and golden brown, for about 5 minutes.
Put the garlic in the pan and add the chili pepper, fry, stirring occasionally, for about 30 seconds. Then put the minced meat in the pan and fry, stirring and breaking the lumps with the edge of a spoon, until pink, about 3 minutes.
Pour black pepper, sugar, tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, and water into the pan. Cook, stirring occasionally until thickened, about 8-10 minutes. Add spices to taste if necessary.
Put the resulting meat mass into cut buns and serve immediately.
