  • 1 large spring onion (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) caraway seeds
  • 1 pinch (s) chilli flakes
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon oil, neutral
  • 3 tablespoon apple cider

Instructions

  1. Cut the hand cheese into small cubes and the spring onions into rings.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients into a vinaigrette, mix everything together and marinate for at least an hour.
  3. The recipe is enough as a small dinner for one serving.
  4. As an amuse you can fill 6 serving spoons with it.
