Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon (bacon)
- 1 glass paprika, grilled
- 600 g minced meat your choice, e.., mixed
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 onion (s), diced
- 2 slices breadcrumbs or optionally toast bread
- Salt and pepper
- paprika powder
- Spice mix (meat seasoning)

- If toast is being used, soak 2 slices of it in water.
- Place the diced onion in a bowl along with the eggs and spices. Add the mince, the torn toast bread or breadcrumbs and mix everything well. Set the bowl on its side.
- Put the grilled peppers from the glass into a sieve and let them dry well. Cut the peppers so that they become patty-sized slices.
- Heat the pan and add the oil.
- Now form a cake from the minced meat, place a slice of paprika on each and wrap the bacon. Fry well in a hot pan and if the bacon is crispy too quickly, reduce the heat.
- Tip: If several cakes are made, I always recommend preheating the oven to 90 ° C and placing the finished cakes on a plate in the oven.
