Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed, I like to only use pork
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • water, or broth
  • vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled margarine, or lard
  • Sauce thickener, or cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Peel and finely dice the onions. Heat the fat in a pan and pick the minced meat in small pieces, the size of a nut, and fry until crispy, then add the onion cubes and brown them with them. Then add the tomato paste and roast briefly. Now bring to the boil with a splash of vinegar and the water or broth and simmer gently for about 15 minutes. Season to taste with pepper and salt and thicken with a little sauce thickener. If you like it, you can thicken it with a little cream and starch.
