Ingredients

  • 5 cl rum (Havana Club, 3 years)
  • Sugar syrup
  • Peppermint, for decoration
  • Lime juice
  • 6 cl puree raspberries
  • Ice (crushed ice)

Instructions

  1. Put the ingredients in a shaker in order and shake. Then pour into a glass and put a hood of crushed ice on it. Garnish with a lime zest and a raspberry.
  2. With this recipe, Robert Ruthenberg from the Brennbar in Nuremberg took 2nd place at the Havana Club Cocktail Grand Prix 2000.
