Ingredients

  • 500g flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 cube yeast
  • 2 cups water, lukewarm
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 can pineapple
  • 1 pck. Cheese (pizza cheese), grated
  • 250 g ham
  • 1 can tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Crumble the yeast and mix it with the first three ingredients. Now add water and oil and process into a yeast dough. Shape the dough into a ball and let rise for approx. 20 minutes.
  2. As soon as the dough has risen, roll out and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread a little tomato sauce on the dough, then sprinkle the ham, pineapple and finally the grated pizza cheese on top.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 160 ° C for about 18 minutes. Serve immediately.
  4. Note: Please only put a little of the tomato sauce on it, otherwise everything will float as the pineapple will lose a lot of juice.
