Instructions

  1. Beat the softened butter and sugar together for 2-3 minutes until light and frothy. Stir in the egg.
  2. Mix in the flour, nuts, and baking powder until combined. If the batter seems too thick, stir in a little more milk.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased bunny dish. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 25-30 minutes.
