  • 40 g nuts, rated
  • 40 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Mix the butter with the egg and egg yolk until foamy, add the grated nuts and breadcrumbs, add a tablespoon of whipped cream, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cut off the dumplings with two teaspoons and cook in salted boiling water.
