Ingredients

  • 200 g natural yourt
  • 6 tablespoon oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 apple
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder
  • some honey
  • fruit or nuts as a topping

Instructions

  1. Mix the oatmeal with the chia seeds and yogurt.
  2. Peel and core the apple. Grate on a grater and add to the porridge, stir again. To taste you can sweeten with honey, agave syrup or something similar.
  3. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 hours or, preferably, overnight.
  4. If the muesli is too firm or too thin after swelling, just add a little more yoghurt or a few oat flakes.
  5. Garnish with various fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, bananas, kiwi and / or nuts as desired.
