  • 400 g hazelnuts or almonds
  • 5 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 4 tablespoon cocoa
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ bourbon vanilla flavor
  • 6 tablespoon rice syrup or powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees top / bottom heat.
  2. Place the nuts or almonds on a baking sheet and roast for about 8 minutes. Be careful, be careful towards the end, the nuts can turn black quickly. Alternatively, roast the nuts well in a pan.
