  • fruit, e.g. peaches, cherries, raspberries, strawberries, bananas, ..

Instructions

  1. Total time: 10 minutes
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff and put in the refrigerator.
  3. Bring the milk to the boil and possibly stir in spices such as vanilla or cinnamon, cocoa is also very tasty. When the milk boils, stir in the semolina and cook for 3-5 minutes. Now season with sweetener / sugar. Then fold in the egg white and serve with the fruit.
